RateMyClean allows users to post ratings, reviews, and comments regarding local cleaning services. By submitting content to our platform, you warrant that:

• Your review is based on a verified, genuine experience with the cleaning service provider.
• You are not affiliated with, or a competitor of, the cleaning service being reviewed.
• Your content does not contain defamatory, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
• You grant RateMyClean a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted reviews.

Service Comparisons and Directory

The cleaning service information, pricing data, and feature comparisons provided on RateMyClean are for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep our platform accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the exact pricing, availability, or quality of the third-party services listed.

Any booking or contract formed as a result of using our platform is strictly between you and the third-party cleaning service provider. RateMyClean accepts no liability for disputes, property damage, or unsatisfactory services resulting from third-party engagements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RateMyClean or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RateMyClean's website, even if RateMyClean or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
